Legacy Return Policy

Refunds

Although you cannot return opened media products, you may return any item that is unopened, unused and in new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Simply contact us to receive a return shipping address and upon receipt of return, we will either credit your credit card or issue you a refund check in the mail.

Exchanges
If you receive an item that is defective, we will replace it at no additional charge. Prior to exchanging the product, we ask that you go through the following two troubleshooting steps. If the DVD does not work:

  1. Please check first for fingerprints, scratches or smudge marks on the disk(s). Often, something as simple as a small fingerprint can cause a disk to stop or skip.
  2. Please try the disk(s) in more than one DVD player. Some DVD players can be the problem, rather than the product itself.
If the DVD still does not work, please contact us at 411@thelegacyinstitute.com. Tell us your name, address, phone number and purchase date and information (where, when and how you bought the product) so we can contact you and process your return.
